RETURNS

In order to return your product, please contact us at shop@flyingkarlis.com or through Telegram with your your name, address, the item you bought and what is the reason you would like to return it.

FAULTY GOODS

In the event of any product being found to be faulty within 30 days of receipt, we will replace it with a new item or refund your money (your choice).
